Konbi is a growing Los Angeles based restaurant group currently focused on creating Japanese and French influenced meals from the very best ingredients. Combining konbini with fine dining,  viennoiserie, coffee, and ice cream shop. But always delicious and always evolving. Founders Nick Montgomery and Akira Akuto cooked in some of the world's best kitchens before meeting and working together in New York City. They later teamed up and brought their talents to Southern California where they opened the original Konbi on Sunset Boulevard in 2018.
